Questions from Tysons clients.
Do you train clients in Tysons?
Yes. Tysons is part of Tony's Northern Virginia service area. Evergreen Training is based in Oakton, and Tony travels to your home or apartment gym. Exact scheduling is confirmed when you book.
Can you train me in my apartment building's gym?
Yes, as long as your building allows outside trainers. Many buildings have a simple guest or trainer policy, and Tony can follow it. If not, he can train you in your unit.
Is my apartment big enough?
Most likely. A clear space about the size of a yoga mat is enough for a full session using bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight work.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. Tony works with what you have and can bring bands, dumbbells, and balance tools when needed.
What days and times are available in Tysons?
